COLLEEN LAWLER, Team Leader

Here is who I am:

 

I am a St Louis native, I’ve been married to a very patient and wonderful man (Jack) for about 39 years, and I have 3 grown children (Jenny, John and Caitlin), as well as 3 grandchildren (Jack, Lyla and Harper).  My family means the world to me, just as yours probably does to you.  I enjoy travel and the outdoors, and some day I will hopefully have the time and learn how to cook as well as my mom. 

 

I have worked at Coldwell Banker Gundaker for over 28 years because I respect the leadership of this company and the tools they provide to me for my buyers and sellers. 

 

I am the “team leader” for The Irvine Team.  I am the #1 agent for the #1 company in the St Louis market.  I am consistently in the top 5 agents for ALL companies in St Louis…and I am recognized as one of the top 250 listing agents in the country in the Wall Street Journal.  I am lucky to have such success, but I believe that luck involves a lot of hard work.  I am usually the first one in the office, and often the last to leave.  I am competitive.  I believe that if you are going to do something, you should do it very well.

 

My team consists of experienced agents that are smart and have a lot of heart.  Those attributes are the most critical requirements for anyone who aspires to work with us. Collectively we work hard and are proud of our accomplishments.  I don’t believe there is a stronger real estate team in St Louis.

 

My personal goal is to simplify the process of buying and selling real estate for my clients, and meet their goals and needs to the best of my ability.

 

I help my clients by understanding and conveying current market trends, utilizing cutting edge technology in every aspect of my business, and helping my clients make the connections needed for their success.  

In 2016 we helped over 220 buyers and sellers make their move. I rank in the top 3% of all Coldwell Banker agents in the country, a member of the President’s Premier Circle.

MELINDA BECKER, Listing and Buyer Specialist

Melinda has extensive experience with both the buyer and seller side of each transaction.  She has been in the Real Estate industry since 2002, and takes pride in her excellent customer service.  Melinda goes above and beyond for her clients to help meet their needs – whether they are buying or selling a home.  She takes a simple approach to her customer service, she concentrates on her clients’ particular goals, and works diligently until they are met. 

 

Once listed, Melinda will arrange for you to receive regular activity reports showing internet activity for your home. She will also send frequent updates to your specific market, and a comprehensive showing report. Melinda gathers feedback from agents that have shown your home. Together, Melinda and Colleen will help translate what the feedback is telling us about the market’s response to your price, location, and condition. Melinda’s negotiating skills and market knowledge are invaluable to our team.

 

Melinda has lived in St. Louis since 1985, and is married with 3 children.  In her spare time she loves spending time with her family and friends, watching her kids play in their numerous sports, and loves to travel!

 

ROBYN BURNETT, Marketing Coordinator

Robyn is the creative arm of the Irvine Team! When we list your home she takes photographs for our advertising, designs our feature sheets not only to be placed in your home, but also to be sent to selected agents to notify them your home is “ON THE MARKET”, uploads your home to numerous websites, creates slideshows and lastly she secures the lock box & puts up the sign! 

 

Robyn is a native of St. Louis and a mother of three boys.  Her eldest attends Regis University in Denver and her twins are of high school age. Robyn is also a certified personal fitness trainer. She is extremely passionate about motivating and training individuals to lead a healthy lifestyle. 

 

Robyn entered the real estate profession in the leasing market in 2010, and we welcomed her to The Irvine Team in the summer of 2014. Her energy and eagerness to please others is always a top priority! Meeting people and establishing relationships is what she does best! 

 

 

 


SUE EAGLESTON, Closing Manager

Once we have secured a buyer for your home, you will be introduced to Sue.

 

Sue brings over 33 years of real estate experience to the team, and that hard won knowledge is put to work for you.  She has been a resident of the St. Louis Metropolitan area since 1969 and is the mother of two wonderful young women.  Both are Parkway South graduates.

 

 

Being an empty nester gives her plenty of time to help our customers.She will guide you through the closing process and explain each step in detail so that you know what to expect next. From scheduling municipal and building inspections to obtaining loan approvals and title commitments, Sue will be there to make sure it all gets done in a timely fashion. Whether you need the name of a good moving company, electrician, handyman or a hairstylist, Sue has connections to the best of the best.  Her list of local vendors that give great service is available to all our customers.  Vendors want to be on that list and the only way to get there is by treating our customers right!

CAROLINE WHITING, Business & Development

Caroline supports the whole team’s efforts. Her extensive real estate knowledge and forward-thinking mindset assist us in creating the most effective business model to help serve our clients best. Caroline is masterful at understanding the role of the internet & social media in marketing efforts and is constantly researching new technology and methods of efficiency. She continually looks for ways for us to improve our client experiences and maintain relationships with clients and cooperating agents. Not only does she guide the team to ensure the best practices, she is always eager to cater to the concerns and needs of our clients.

 

Caroline is a licensed realtor and has worked in the real estate industry for since 2001, and has been on The Irvine Team since 2006.  

 

Caroline is married to Eddie, and together they have three children. Caroline is also involved in numerous clubs and activities and volunteers her time to a source very dear to her, Ducks Unlimited. Her friendly, cheerful and accommodating personality make her a pleasure to work with!

 


MARK SCHELLER, Broker/Buyer Specialist

Mark was born in St. Louis and has lived here his whole life.  He went to Parkway West High School and has experienced West County growing from farms to the subdivisions you see now.

 

Mark has been a licensed Realtor since 1989 and has also earned a Brokers License.  With a Masters Degree in Structural Engineering and a background in Home Building, Mark has a very useful tools to help clients evaluate real estate for possible ownership.

DAN JIMENEZ, Buyers’ Agent

Dan joined The Irvine Team in 2014, and has brought his passion and drive to provide excellent client service and satisfaction.  As a full time realtor, Dan has had several years of experience working as an exclusive Buyer’s Agent and as a Team Listing Manager.  In the first three years in the industry, Dan participated in over 100 closed transactions.  Dan’s primary focus is on helping clients achieve their goals through careful analysis of past, present, and future market trends. Self- motivation is a must in any industry, and Dan has 25 years of experience, owning and operating a Surety Insurance Agency, and an additional 10 years in the Restaurant and Hotel industry. 

 

 Dan is originally from Tucson, Arizona. After buying his wife’s family home in Ballwin, and spending summer vacations and holidays in the area, Dan decided that St. Louis was the place to raise their daughter.  Dan enjoys all the scenic beauty, attractions, and diverse culture that Saint Louis has to offer, and is proud to call this great city his home.

 

 

 

 

 


PEGGY HUSKEY, Buyer Closing Coordinator

Once we have an accepted contract for your new home, you will be introduced to Peggy Huskey, our Buyer Closing Coordinator. 

 

As a licensed Real Estate agent, Peggy brings over 16 years of real estate experience to the team. Her enthusiastic and helpful nature, combined with her superior negotiating skills facilitate in making transactions run more smoothly and effectively. She is a great communicator and very detail oriented and will guide you through the closing process and explain each step so that you know what to expect next. From scheduling and negotiating building inspections, to obtaining loan approvals and title commitments, Peggy will be there to make sure it all gets done in a professional and timely fashion and always with your best interests in mind.

When she is not assisting buyers, Peggy enjoys spending time with her husband Scott, their two dogs, and her two grown sons and their families, including four grandchildren.
