Colleen is St. Louis born and bred, graduating from Visitation Academy and St. Louis University. She actually met her husband Jack when they were both working at Six Flags as teenagers and they have been married 33 years. Jack is a Vice President for DMA.
The mother of three, her daughter Jenny attended Nerinx Hall for high school and Mizzou for a degree in marketing. She works at Washington University in marketing. She and her husband Jeremy are the proud parents of twins Jack and Lyla. Son, John, attended Vianney and Eckerd College for degrees in Biology and Environmental Science and just earned his Master’s in Biology and Conservation. He is a biology and physics teacher at St Mary’s High School in St Louis, and Colleen fondly calls him the family “tree hugger”! Her youngest, Caitlin is 19 and also attended Nerinx Hall. She is a junior at Mizzou, majoring in special education.

secures the lockbox & puts up the sign!The marketing manager is responsible for all marketing efforts; website presence, print advertising, feature sheets, brochures, and postcards we send out. When not working with clients as a buyer specialist, Joyce enjoys spending time with her husband Rodney and 2 daughters as well as 2 crazy dogs. She's a Missouri State certified Master Gardner, so she is always glad to give landscaping advice.

He attended the University of Missouri-Rolla where he earned both a Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He worked as a Structural Engineer for McDonnell Douglas before becoming a custom home-builder. In 1990 he earned his Real-Estate license and in 1994 his Broker’s license. Mark specialized his expertise in the areas of house hunting, buyer agency, and identifying the risks associated with home ownership. He assists a customer in focusing on the Quality of both the property and the investment.
Mark has experience as a remodeler, investor, estimator, and developer. He is well versed with new construction, land, development, zoning, and permitting. He has experience with short sales, pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, bank owned, and REO real estate. He also has extensive experience in Lease, Lease-Option, Lease-Purchase, and traditional ownership. He serves the Counties of St. Louis, St. Charles, Franklin, and Jefferson.
